The last 4 years QA-Inspector for nuclear power plant componets,e.g. valves, pumps, spools, vessels, etc. at the manufacturers works on behalf of SIEMENS PG and AREVA NP in the OL3 project, new nuclear power plant in Olkiluoto, Finland.
From year 2001 up to 2006 designer, project engineer, QA-Inspector for manufacturing and repairs of cement plant components, waste burning plant components und power station components, e.g. valves, shut off dampers, chutes, louvre dampers with sealing air, flue gas diverter, slide gates, expansion joints, tyre feed gates, etc. in Germany and Poland at the Polish subsupplier. Supervisor and QA-Inspector on site for assembly, mounting and commissioning of the above named components on coal fired power stations, waste burning plants and cement plants in several European countries including Great Britain and Ireland and also in China.

Other:
For the inspections and claim investigations, I have my own measurement and test equipment available. Instruments to measure temperature, humidity, rpm, wall thickness, coating thickness (FE and NF), rubber lining shore hardness, sound emission, illumination level. Further on Colour endoscope, Zeiss theodolite, Zeiss optical level and Leica laser telemeter.
Office jobs with reports, documentations, translations or drawings can be done in my full equipped engineering office.
