My special interests are to offering my support to international working 1st and 2nd tier suppliers according new orders and business relationships to the German Automotive Industry.
With several years business experiences in USA (MAGNA, W.L.Gore), UK (Intier, Rover), Italy and French (Valeo & Bosch) and Austria (Magna Steyr) I like to manage complex international programs with multicultural teams successfully.
As tooling engineer I got in touch with the Automotive Industry in the early 80th and look today to 30 years Automotive experiences.
Before I became self-employed, I trained and verify my lean management skills in leading functions and as in-house consultant for international based companies like Bosch, Magna, W.L.Gore and Polytec.
My pleasure in simultaneous analytic thinking and creative, pragmatic acting, enables me to realize a certain amount of innovations and synergies in successful product-applications and its enclosed development-, procurement and production-processes.
Especially during the organization integration phase after company take over's, my clear view for the most important things and my ability to see and promote the positive and new, allowed a quick and successful combination of all development and sales activities from the new subsidiary.
